Insurance
You may insure your shipment at checkout for an additional fee of $2.00.  We highly recommend the selection of this option. If your order is insured, Confidentially Yours will promptly resend your order if the shipment cannot be located within 15 business days from the date you notify us that the package has not been received, or as soon as the replacement items are available.  Please understand this is the policy our carriers require when insurance claims are submitted.
