Our sincerest thanks to everyone who participated in Bras for the Cause! Your creativity and generosity helped raise both awareness and much-needed money for Provena Convenant’s It’s All the Jeans Day fund, which provides financial assistance, patient resources, and breast cancer awareness programs.
The real winners, of course, are the women in this community, and their friends, neighbors, and loved ones. Events like Bras for the Cause are key for helping ALL women get a chance at early detection, which can save lives.
It was fun to see the different themes submitted this year -- everything from Superwoman to pearls and lace. Congratulations to our winners:

Two of the participants were kind enough to share their experiences doing Bras for the Cause. “I had a friend come over and we made a party out of our bra-decorating one night. WIN great prizes and make a difference by decorating your own Bra for the Cause!
Decorate a bra (a new bra) in any color, size and way you want. Pick a theme, make it fun, make it statement-worthy. Make it yours.
Your decorated bra will be showcased at Provena Covenant Medical Center! On November 13, 2011, one bra from each category will be selected as the winner! Entries will be judged by the following categories: Breast Cancer Awareness theme, Most Creative, and Best Overall. Winners will receive recognition for design and their bra will be sold. All proceeds will we be donated to Provena Covenant Medical Center Foundation. Prizes include 1.) a $100 gift certificate from Confidentially Yours, 2.) a $50 gift certificate from Confidentially Yours, and 3.) a $40 gift certificate from Talbots.

Here at Confidentially Yours, we know that bras arenʼt just supportive -- they can be works of art! Bras for the Cause gives you a creative way to help local women by creating unique pieces of artwork from new bras. These will be displayed and auctioned off to support Provenaʼs Itʼs All in the Jeans Day, which provides financial assistance, patient resources, and breast cancer awareness programs to women in OUR community.

GUIDELINES: Decorated bras may be submitted following any theme. All designs must be named. Any bra size and type is eligible. Entry must be received by 5:00pm on Friday, November 11, 2011.
ENTRY FEE: There is a $10 entry fee. Checks should be payable to Bras for the Cause. Entry fee may be paid online. Individuals or groups may submit multiple entries, with a $10 fee for each entry. All proceeds will be donated to “It’s All in the Jeans Day” which helps provide financial assistance, educational information, and spread breast cancer awareness to the community. Entries become property of Confidentially Yours upon submission.
